Demi Lovato has dropped a new single in which she sings that she is no longer sober and apologises to fans.
Momma Im so sorry. Im not sober anymore. And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor she sings on the chorus.
To the ones who never left me, weve been down this road before. Im so sorry, Im not sober anymore.
She later apologises to fans but reminds them that although she wants to be a role model she is only human.
It is not known if Demis lyrics are about a past experience or if she is singing about her life today; Metro.co.uk has contacted reps for Demi for clarification.
The ballad was released on Thursday afternoon and Demi took to social media to simply share the video with the caption my truth.
The video features the lyrics but it opens with footage taken over the years of Demi with her friends and family, and fades to black at the end.

The final lyrics read: Im sorry that Im here again. I promise Ill get help. It wasnt my intention. Im sorry to myself.
The 25-year-old has always been open about her battle with addiction and on many occasions has opened up about her past struggles with bulimia, drugs and bipolar disorder.
Just recently a photo emerged of the singer hanging out with some of her old Disney Chanel friends, and fans were left concerned that despite celebrating six years of sobriety in March she may have relapsed as she posed holding a plastic cup with some kind of beverage in it.
In response Demi claimed it was red bull.
