Harvey Weinstein and Georgina Chapman have reached a divorce settlement, three months after the fashion designer confirmed she had left the disgraced movie mogul.

The pair are thought to have agreed on the terms of their pending divorce, and recently signed the deal, which will be filed in the coming days.

The exact terms of their divorce are not yet known, however it was previously reported that Georgina, 41, could receive around $11.75 million thanks to a pre-nuptial agreement the pair signed before getting married 10 years ago.

The couple have seven-year-old daughter India and four-year-old son Dashiell together and married in 2007 but split after the 65-year-old Weinstein was widely accused of systematic sexual assault and harassment of young actresses in Hollywood.

It is thought that Weinstein and Chapman, who is the head of fashion label Marchesa, signed a prenup which would entitle Chapman to around $400,000 for every year of their marriage so she would net $4 million.

The documents, seen by New York Post’s Page Six, are also said to state that the 41-year-old fashion designer would receive $4.75 million from her cut of their marital assets.

When the first wave of allegations came out towards Weinstein, he claimed his wife was standing behind him.

Days later however she confirmed the split.

‘My heart breaks for all the women who have suffered tremendous pain because of these unforgivable actions. I have chosen to leave my husband. Caring for my young children is my first priority and I ask the media for privacy at this time,’ Chapman said in a statement to People.
