Someone will be left needing urgent medical attention in EastEnders this Christmas.
With the Slaters set for a show down, Mick on the warpath in the aftermath of Stuart Highways antics, evil Ray still up to no good, there will be someone hurriedly dialing 999 when drama ensues.
Its Phil punching in the numbers after he gets way more than he bargains for during a visit to the Minute Mart. While popping into the shop for some bits and pieces he stops to help pregnant Kim carry some heavy items into the store room as she struggles with them by herself. But as they get inside the door shuts and they realise they are locked in.
And an even bigger realisation is to come – Kim is in labour.
Phil tries to call for help but theyre stuck in the store room and hes the only one who can help Kim give birth.

Meanwhile, Denise is getting frustrated that Kim hasnt shown up for choir rehearsals despite her needing to practice, and decides to go on the hunt for her tardy sibling.

But as she approaches the shop her heart sinks when she spots an ambulance parked outside. What has happened to Kim and her baby? Will they be OK? And will Kim ever get the chance to give birth in a maternity ward like everybody else?
