EastEnders is set to be rocked by yet another shock death following the terrifying gun siege due to air next week. New pictures have now confirmed that a familiar face is set to exit the soap in dramatic fashion in the autumn, with the cast spotted filming a funeral procession.
Behind-the-scenes images show Ben Mitchell (played by Max Bowden) and Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) standing by a hearse dressed in black. The close friends, whove been raised like brothers, are joined by the rest of the Mitchell clan including Billy (Perry Fenwick) and Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold).
Does this mean a member of the Mitchell family has been killed off? Anythings possible.
Bosses have been careful as to not give away the identity of the victim as the named tribute has been kept carefully under wraps with only the letters G and U being displayed.

It looks like the sad occasion is far from plain sailing too, as Lola and Jay go head-to-head in a screaming match and the group are faced with a flat tyre.
One snap sees Ben brandishing a poppy on his lapel, suggesting that the scenes will take place around the time of Remembrance Day in November.
This bombshell comes just one day after spoilers confirmed that at least one character will be killed off when Hunter Owen (Charlie Winter) takes his revenge next week.
It was revealed that Hunter is hungry for vengeance on Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), who is the ex-copper he blames for his prison sentence for the murder of Ray Kelly.
The teen broke out from behind bars in earlier episodes and mum Mel (Tamzin Outhwaite) has been preparing to help him leave the country. However, shes recently learned that Hunter is more unhinged than ever before.
