Robbie Jackson is left heartbroken after Donnas sudden departure in EastEnders. His girlfriend didnt even say goodbye when she packed her bags and left Albert Square after an argument. Kush does his best to cheer him up but Robbie realises just how much pain his friend is in.
Kush checks in on Robbie when he hears about Donna leaving Robbie. As word spreads Kush becomes worried about his friend and wants to check that hes okay. But Robbie is determined to wallow and continues to do so even as his friends rally around him.
But hes overlooking whats right in front of him. Kush is struggling and deeply upset about Shakils death. Kush lost his brother back in May when the kind hearted teen was stabbed by a gang member. Shakil collapsed and was found in some bushes. He died shortly afterwards.

Since then Kush has been holding it together for his mum Carmel, who became suicidal after losing Shakil. With Carmel heading off on a much needed break, Kush is left alone to deal with his grief. As Robbie sees that his friend is struggling, he is forced to think about his own situation with some clarity.
Can the friends be there for one another?
