He has already racked up a fair few victims but already, thoughts are turning to who Lachlan White is going to kill next – and its not looking good for well meaning Lydia Hart, who has become embroiled in the brooding murderers situation.
Fans were screaming at their TVs for Lydia to just stay the hell out of it when she was asking what was wrong with Lachlan and speaking about his relationship with Belle Dingle. And now, when she then discovers the memory book of Rebecca in Lachlans car after he claims that she has moved away to Ibiza, she smells a rat.
Rebecca has completely disappeared without saying goodbye and leaving her son Seb behind so already, this is all sounding suspicious. So when Lydia finds the book which Rebecca relies on to remember things during her lapses caused by her brain injury, Lachlan has some explaining to do.

But if Lydia starts to dig, Lachlan might have to shut her up – is she going to be the next victim? Fans are definitely worried for her:

It wouldnt be the first time that Emmerdale sacrificed a popular comedy character for Lachlans storyline – were still smarting from the dark scenes which showed him brutally finish off Gerry Roberts with a rock.
More recently, he appears to have claimed the life of his doomed aunt Rebecca, who unfortunately caught him in the act of trying to kill Robert Sugden and Liv Flaherty. It may have pained him (a very little) to do so, but he clobbered her with a spanner and then bundled her into the boot of the car and poor Rebecca hasnt been seen since.
Lachlan tries to make out that all is fine in her world by sending a happy birthday text to himself from her phone. But it may not be enough to convince Lydia – or Robert for that matter, who does some sleuthing and soon makes a discovery.
