British comedy giants Bill Bailey, Phil Jupitus and Adrian Edmondson have joined the cast of upcoming animation The Big Bad Fox And Other Tales.
From the creators of the Academy Award nominated Ernest And Celestine, the film follows a gang of animal misfits as they try (and fail), to fulfil their traditional roles in the farm and the forest and this exclusive first look shows the gorgeous classic hand-drawn characters.
The story unfolds around the creatures as Fox finds himself trying to live up to his reputation while adopting three confused chicks, Rabbit, Pig and Duck find themselves in the care of a newborn baby, while all the animals come together… in an attempt to replace Father Christmas.

Justin Edwards (The Thick Of It), Matthew Goode (Downton Abbey), Celia Imrie (The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel) and Giles New (Pirates Of The Caribbean) join Bailey, Jupitus and Edmondson as the furry friends; the film is directed by Benjamin Renner and Patrick Imbert.
The Big Bad Fox And Other Tales is an English-language adaptation of a French film that was a hit in Europe.
