Look, were sorry but its time to face facts – Christmas is around the corner and youre either going to have to embrace it or accept it. And getting into the festive spirit is Coronation Street Kym Marsh, who is taking on a very wintry role following her exit as Michelle Connor.

Elf: A Christmas Spectacular promises to be the biggest live Christmas show in the world and is an on stage adaptation of the festive film favourite.

Kym, who is playing Buddy the Elfs girlfriend Jovie, said: Im delighted to be getting back on stage and joining the cast of Elf this December. Elf is an iconic Christmas film and having seen the musical myself last year I am very excited to be part of this fun and heart-warming family show.
