Sienna reacts in Hollyoaks

Hollyoaks just isnt the same without Sienna Blake and her bonkers and over the top storylines. She has had just about everything thrown her way during her tenure in the soap and earlier this year, it was cranked up another level when her daughter Nico came back from the dead and killed Sienna – only for her to then return from a very short lived spell in the grave to finish her demonic daughter off.

But just when you begin to wonder just what else the writers can dream up, Anna Passey reckons the team at Hollyoaks have outdone themselves again for her next storyline. At the moment, Sienna is languishing in prison but when she returns to the village, she will be straight into a plot that is very different to anything fans have seen for Sienna up until now.

Speaking to Inside Soap magazine, Anna teased: The story Im coming back to makes me more excited than anything Ive ever done. Its something completely different – its very much a new Sienna.

I feel like Im almost coming in as a fresh character in a way. Prison has changed her, shes going to be a little bit different and Im returning to work with lots of people I havent worked with before – its exciting to have a new challenge!

And one of those people is her current flatmate Jessamy Stoddart, who plays Liberty Savage – Siennas half sister.

Theyre so different! Anna grinned. Libertys so funny and sweet and I think the audience is going to enjoy seeing Sienna navigate that responsibility of having her sister there, its quite fun. Were going to see Sienna with a tambourine in her hand – its all a bit bizarre!

Where Sienna is concerned, bizarre is par for the course, to be fair – and we wouldnt have it any other way!
