Gary Windass (Mikey North) has certainly cemented his status as Coronation Street villain in recent months.

Having been responsible for the factory roof collapse which resulted in the death of Rana Habeeb (Bhavna Limbachia), hes gone on a spiral which has also seen him finishing off evil loan shark Rick Neelan (Greg Wood).

Thats even before you consider his recent violent attack on Ryan Connor (Ryan Preston), amid his delays in repaying the money that he owes him.

Its no surprise that viewers have been left wondering whether Gary might get his comeuppance soon and possibly even exit the cobbles himself, meeting a similarly grim fate – but is he going to be leaving the soap?
