Jessica Alba was stopped by police after allegedly being spotted with her phone in her hand.

With strict rules in California over driving while using a phone, the actress found herself on the wrong side of the law when she was spotted by an officer who pulled her over in Beverly Hills.

All seemed to be OK though as she was seen flashing the officer a grin as he chatted about what she was suspected of doing wrong .

Its claimed she had her phone in her hand, although its not known if she was actually using it.

The 37-year-old was eventually let off with a warning, but it was nothing to do with celebrity privilege, as TMZ notes the police officer allegedly had absolutely no idea who she was.

Never mind her being a world famous actress and all that.

Still got 15 lbs to go – this is my most challenging considering I didnt gain as much w Hayes. 6 months postpartum (sic), she wrote.

Jessica previously opened up about her parenting techniques, admitting she wants to see her kids make mistakes and get out of their comfort zones, so they can learn and grow.

I want my kids to see me push outside my comfort zone, she explained in a chat.

And sometimes that means making mistakes and admitting them, which is especially hard in front of your kids.
