Its been 15 years since Mean Girls came out and became an instant teen classic, but weve yet to get a sequel.
OK, technically, there was a Mean Girls 2, but it was only on TV, it was a standalone sequel, and only Tim Meadows (Mr Duvall) returned from the original cast, so it doesnt count.
But this could all change at some point, as all of the cast are on board – theyre just waiting on Tina Fey to join them.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Daniel Franzese, who plays Damian in the movie, said: It seems to be that everybody wants a remake but Tina Fey! We need to get her on board.
If Tina Fey writes it, everyone will show up – the cast will show up, the audience will show up. So Tina, get on that, were all waiting on you.

Tina not only wrote Mean Girls, which is loosely based on Rosalind Wisemans book Queen Bees and Wannabes, but also starred as Ms Norbury (like a drug pusher?), and was involved in the movies musical which opened on Broadway last year.
And Daniel isnt the only star who has been begging for a sequel.
Earlier this year, Lindsay Lohan, aka Cady Heron, told Variety: If anyone has asked for this more than I have, please tell me. Ive said it so many times, and so many people have asked me, and I think wed have so much fun doing it.
Tina and Lorne [Michaels, the producer] are so amazing, and to bring everyone back together would be great. Last time I was in New York, I went up to Lorne, and I was like, “Please!”
We did get a hit of nostalgia with Ariana Grandes Thank U, Next video, which took elements of Mean Girls, along with Legally Blonde, Bring It On and 13 Going On 30, for its video.
And while Daniel wasnt in the video, which starred Jonathan Bennett (aka Aaron Samuels), he reckons hell pop up in a future Ari video.

The actor – who is promoting Bacardis Future Doesnt Suck campaign – told us: Me and Ariana are friends and we talk fairly often, and she had asked me to be a part of that early on. I was planning on being a part of it, but they changed the date last minute, and I already had a show. My fans had bought tickets, and I couldnt let them down, regardless of what an awesome opportunity it was.
