Rihanna has become the first ever female artist to get more that two million streams on Apple Music.

Are we surprised?

For International Women’s Day the streaming site shared their top 20 most streamed women in music and Rihanna came out on top.

The 30-year-old songstress was closely followed by her pop rival Taylor Swift who took second place, Beyonce landed third and Ariana Grande came fourth.

It’s quite the lineup, there.

When the Rude Boy singer found out, she shared a video of a little girl dancing, explaining that was her reaction on hearing the news.

In the caption she wrote: ‘When I found out that I was the first female artist to cross 2 billion worldwide streams on Apple Music! God is too lit!!!!’

Last year Rihanna was voted the second most streamed female artist on Spotify after she was beaten by New Rules singer Dua Lipa.

The announcement comes after rumours started to circulate that Rihanna was launching her own lingerie collection.

With no official statement being released at this stage, WWD claims that a deal has been made between the pop queen and TechStyle, and they have been working on the project for over a year.

They also say that samples have been produced, meaning we might not be waiting too long for the collection to come out!

How exciting.

FYI TechStyle are the same company to partner up with Kate Hudson for her Fabletics line – so we know there’s some good stock there.
