England ran out 4-0 winners over Bulgaria in their Euro 2020 qualifier on Saturday – but Roy Keane was not completely happy with the performance of Gareth Southgates side.

Harry Kane scored a hat-trick while Raheem Sterling continued his excellent form for Manchester City with a lively performance and a goal in the 55th minute.

But by the half-time break, England were only one goal up after Sterling capitalised on a poor pass from Bulgaria goalkeeper Plamen Iliev to set up Kane for the games opening goal.

And Keane was fuming with Englands display in the opening 45 minutes.

Where do I start? Keane told ITV at half time.

Too slow, players taking too many touches, not good enough movement. Not great body language, feels like an end-of-season game.

If you start the game like England did – lacklustre – its a long old day for them, so Ive been really disappointed.

We spoke before the game about Englands pace, movement, but weve not seen any of it – bar Sterling, who is the only one playing with any sort of tempo.

The attitude from some of the players is shocking.
