Florida State University Deondre Francois in in trouble — again.
According to TMZ, police received a tip that Francois may have been dealing marijuana so they raided his house last week. When they carried out the raid, they found his girlfriend Diamond there instead. They also found 17 grams of a “cannabis/tobacco mixture,” as well as unspecified drug paraphernalia. No word on whether the paraphernalia was associated specifically with dealing.
The QB reportedly tried to blame his girlfriend for the marijuana but police werent buying it. They briefly detained him but eventually decided not to charge him without sufficient evidence. They did, however, cite him for possession of marijuana. FSU head football coach Willie Taggart says hes already discussed the incident with his QB.
But the crux of the situation here is that Francois actually tried to blame all of this on his girlfriend. They guy was just accused by the same woman for allegedly beating her back in January. (Charges were later dropped but the sentiment remains.) And now this? Call me crazy but I think its time for her to move on.
