Kanye West and Drake are fighting again – and this time there are no thinly-veiled barbs; its all out in the open.
Ye has been tweeting up a storm on the subject, accusing Drake of threatening him and being disrespectful to all people with mental health conditions.
Even Kim got involved, echoing Kanyes claims of being threatened by the Canadian rapper.
But where did the beef begin, and how has it gotten so out of hand?

Drake has allegedly always been a Kanye fan.
Back in 2008, they also shared a managing team in Corey Bryant and Gee Robertson (the two were business partners, but Bryant managed Drake and Robertson was Kanyes manager).
On valentines day the following year, Drake re-jigged a Kanye song on his So Far Gone record, and a few months later Kanye praised Drake on his personal blog.

They later collaborated with each other a fair amount, appearing on a Jamie Foxx song together, and Kanye directing a Drake video.
The beef allegedly started one of two ways. The first might be that a leaked version of Kanyes All of the Lights saw featured a verse from Drake, although this was removed before the official release.
It also might be due to rumours that Drake had a fling with Kanyes ex Amber Rose.
After this, however, all seemed well, and there were even reports the pair of artists might have been working on a collaborative album.
By 2014, things had got more tense, with Drake being quoted in one interview having a go at Wests song Im In It. Yeezy hit back in the nicest way possible, saying We love Drake, we love every motherfucker that put their heart into this motherfuckin music.
Things calmed down until Drakes Summer Sixteen, where he bragged about having a bigger pool than Ye. Kanye replied I have three pools.
Both then had songs leaked with verses from the other, with the verses being removed before the final release.
Drizzy then stated on his OVO Sound radio show that Ye is one of my favorite people. Period. In the world man. I love Ye. I grew up with him as a role model, he is part of the reason I am here right now.

Rumours continued to swirl about a joint album, despite any underlying tensions that may have remained after previous jabs.

After yet more harsh words said between the pair, Drake came out and said: In the same breath, I went from being…like working on a project with him, to him sorta publicly shitting on me and DJ Khaled for being on the radio too much…
Im not sure why were the target of your choice that you made that night. And yeah, I accept what youre going through, and I just go and continue working on my own thing.
Then, when long-time Kanye collaborator Pusha T decided to absolutely body Drake in Infrared, Yeezy was well and truly dragged along.
In Drakes 2018 clapback Duppy Freestyle, he accused Kanye of getting Pusha to ghost-write for him, and for holding back fashion designer Virgil Abloh.
After Pusha released The Story of Adinon, which revealed Drake had a secret son, there was speculation that Kanye knew Push was about to drop such a bomb.
In a radio interview, Kanye denied this saying: Im Ye. I got major things to do other than be telling him some information about Drake.
Things continued to ramp up. Some even stated that Kiki from Drakes In My Feelings was Kim Kardashian, and one song leak saw Drake referencing Yes sneaker brand in a negative way.

This all culminated in the multi-tweet rant from Kanye, which is a very public yet very effective way to make a point.
Drake simply posted a series of crying-laughing emojis on his Instagram story, but were sure theres more to come.
