Two men and one woman have been charged with charged with the kidnapping of Halloween: Resurrection actress Daisy McCrackin and actor Joseph Capone.
The Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office announced Tuesday that Keith Andre Stewart, Johntae Jones and Amber Neal have been charged with 17 felony counts including kidnapping, assault with a firearm, grand theft, mayhem, conspiracy and possession for sale of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
According to the documments, the alleged kidnapping took place at McCrackins South Los Angeles home on 3 May 2017; Stewart is alleged to have pistol whipped Capone who was also at the house, before placing black bags over McCrackin and Capones heads.
They were then taken to Jones home in Compton where Capone was stripped naked and placed in a bathtub for over 30 hours without food; he was also reportedly beaten.
Stewart has also been charged with inflicting bodily harm on Capone.
During that time the three defendants are thought to have driven McCrackin around LA in her own car where she was forced to withdraw two lots of $100 and write a ransom check for $10,000 which was made out to Neal.

McCrackin is best known for playing Donna in Halloween: Resurrection which was released in 2002.
She also appeared in 3000 Miles To Graceland which starred Kevin Costner, 2011s Atlas Shrugged: Part I and the 2018 Topher Grace horror film Resurrection.
