Vicky Kaushal is looking forward to the release of his next film Uri. The Aditya Dhar directorial is based on Indian Armys surgical strikes in retaliation to Pakistans attack on Uri. And while we know Vicky put in a lot of hard work, including beefing up his physique and undergoing military training for hours every day, the Manmarziyaan actor has now shared a sneak peek into how he is dubbing for the film.

Vicky plays an Indian commando in Uri. In a video the actor shared on his Instagram account, we can see him dubbing for a scene from Uri, which looks like a combat sequence. From loud facial expressions to animated body movement, the dubbing session surely looks intense yet a bit comical too.

Vicky Kaushal captioned the video as, “Dubbing for an action sequence can sometimes be quite a comical scene… actually always! #bts #URI …Trailer coming out soon ??

Vicky had recently shared with indianexpress.com how he always wanted to do an action film. “Uri got wrapped up in three months. We were training for four months before that, physical and military training. For me, it was a journey of some nine months, in which I did so many things I had never done before, be it putting on some weight to getting a physique, the action training. This is my out-and-out action film where I am unleashing a lot of punches. So this was a genre I was really looking forward to. That happened. It is a real-life story based on the Uri attacks and the following surgical strikes. Im playing a soldier. So it was very new for me.”
