Michelle Williams has separated from musician husband Phil Elverum after less than a year of marriage, according to reports.
The 38-year-old actress married Elverum last summer in a quiet ceremony, with the former seen without her wedding band in recent public outings.
Speaking to People, a source said: Michelle and Phil separated at the beginning of the year. It was an amicable split and they remain friends.
Metro.co.uk has reached out to Michelles reps for comment.
The pair married in a small ceremony in the Adirondacks attended by friends and their children.
Williams has one daughter, 12-year-old Matilda with the late Heath Ledger, while Elverum has a 3-year-old daughter from his first marriage.

She recently gave an update on her daughter in an interview on Live With Kelly and Ryan on Heath Ledgers birthday.
Williams said: Every morning we wake up and I wait to see if the transformation has happened and if its turned into the next level I keep hearing about, but were not there yet.
