Interestingly, November 21 marks his entry into the film industry. Thaman started his music career as a drummer by joining the team of Bhairava Dweepam on November 21, 1993.
On the occasion, S Thaman exclusively shared his happiness with indianexpress.com. “I am happy that today I am in a position which my parents had wished for me. It wouldnt have been possible without their blessings and a great support from the heroes, directors and producers. The encouragement that I have been receiving from the industry is just unforgettable,” he said.
On the work front, Thaman has few notable projects in his kitty.
“Very soon I am going to start work on two interesting projects. One is going to be for Ravi Teja and the second one is multi-starrer Venky Mama, which stars Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya,” S Thaman said.
Meanwhile, Thaman has composed the music for upcoming Akhil Akkineni starrer Mr Majnu. The film is slated for a January release.
