Casualty has left fans on edge with one hell of an explosive cliffhanger as several of our favourite characters may die following an ambulance crash and a tanker explosion. With the finale set to air next week, which of the familiar faces is leaving for good?
The emotive episode saw Alicia begin the brave steps of seeking justice for her rape and also saw Bea leave for a new venture – but when disaster then struck, an ambulance overturned and a tanker behind it also crashed.
As paramedics raced to the scene, a catastrophic explosion rips through the carnage and leaves several lives hanging in the balance. While its inevitable that the series ending will see a character lose their life, show bosses are keeping their lips tight over who wont make it.

However, it has already been revealed that this will be the biggest challenge the paramedic team has ever faced – so you could guess that one of their own might be for the chop.
